Actually ordered from curbside yesterday - was on our way back from the island so the pickup was set for almost an hour later. When we made it I called in to see if we could actually get it asap (wasn't sure if the pickup was set for later since it asked for my phone's location)... I'm pretty sure the lady on the phone was the same one who came out to help - she got everything out closer to 15 minutes after we pulled up. <3 So sweet and attentive! Awesome service and great communication! You'll get our business again.

I buy here frequently enough and rarely have much of an issue. I'm shocked and completely disgusted to find this in my chicken and ghnocci soup. I have no idea what it actually is but it looks like raw chicken. Same consistency as raw chicken. At first I thought it was maybe a deformed large dumpling but no. Tried to bite it and felt exactly like eating raw chicken. Yikes. I ordered delivery through their site so I can't ask for any sort of refund either. I'm more worried about getting food poisoning eating here now than getting a refund. How does this even happen? Just lowered the rating cause this is actually uncalled for. Just so unsafe and there's no explanation of what it could be other than raw chicken. I knew they already undercooked the chicken but this is a health code violation that most people would get a free meal out of and more. It's also mostly the creamy broth with more of their half boiled chicken and like 4 small dumplings. The soup is always a hit or miss in amount of contents in it but I'd rather get no chicken than undercooked chicken. I'd appreciate if this got resolved and it's ensured they do better quality control cause I don't want to stop going to the p

Recently, I decided to give Olive Garden a try because of its popularity and the unlimited breadsticks and salad. When I arrived, I was placed on a waitlist, but despite the crowd, I was seated within about 10 minutes and attended to professionally. The atmosphere felt welcoming, with good lighting and music that created a classy and comfortable experience. The short wait time was not a major issue, but using more of the open space could help reduce waits and increase revenue. Another suggestion would be focusing more on quality over quantity, as a smaller menu could make cooking and service more efficient. The staff was kind, quick, and professional, and the restaurant was clean. Although my food arrived a little later than expected, I enjoyed the taste. Overall, Olive Garden delivered what it promised, especially the unlimited breadsticks and salad, making the experience enjoyable despite minor flaws.

We had a nice meal and drinks to celebrate my husband's birthday. The staff was great! A nicely decorated piece of delicious chocolate cake was brought out to him at no cost since we forgot the cake! 🎂 They also sang to him. It was a great visit!

I was sooo impressed with my visit here. The hostesses were very lovely and friendly as well, we got seated almost immediately. Our waitress was this amazing young lady, Juliana. She was quick with taking our orders, getting us refills, and was just an awesome server in general. The food itself was so warm and good. I loved the breadsticks, well flavored and really hot, like they just came out. The salad was very fresh, I loved the amount of dressing too. It wasn’t overwhelming at all. Our mozzarella sticks tasted great, and I was a big fan of the cheese pull. Overall, it was a perfect experience, it might have honestly been my best. Make sure to order a tiramisu, too; they’re so yummy.
